The curved path of a celestial object or spacecraft around a star, planet, or moon.
The satellite is now in a stable orbit around the Earth.
その衛星は現在、地球を回る安定した軌道に乗っている。
天体の「軌道」が基本義。比喩的に「影響力の範囲」としても使われる。
